Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Shipping is available for door hangers and other items smaller than 18”. Anything larger will be negotiated. Each shipment will come with insurance covering the value of your order. If your order is damaged in shipping, you must inform Austin Creek Designs via email within 24 hours of delivery by package carrier.
Delivery is also available for those in the following locations in Virginia: Charlotte County, Prince Edward County, & Lynchburg. Please note, Lynchburg deliveries are made on a bimonthly basis which may cause additional lead time prior to delivery. Just select the delivery option at checkout.
Returns
Each order is custom made just for you, due to this, all sales are final. No returns or refunds.
